We currently only ship within the United States.
Please allow 3-5 business days for  your order to process then an additional 5-7 business arrive. Your order will be sent via USPS. As soon as it ships you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Please be sure to double check your shipping address as Empress Fe Lab LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.
Empress Fe Lab LLC package each product with care. However, we are aware things happen. If you recieve your items damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and box in which the order was shipped.
